About me

        My name is John Willshire, I live in London, and have always had a keen interest in Classic cars. I bought my first Alpine in 2002. It's a red series 5, modified with a Holbay engine, so is pretty fast. (fast for an Alpine, that is!) I always intended to buy another classic, but not particually another Alpine. However, when the opportunity came to purchase XRW 302, how could I refuse? Too many classic cars are being left to rot and wither in garages and gardens. I believe owning and driving one of these cars is a great pleasure to me and those around that see it. Thanks for looking at my site and I hope to see you at an event in the near future.
